Yes! This website displays real-time stock information.

SHIPPING

All orders over $150.00 will be shipped free.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, shipping is calculated at checkout. Larger parcels are delivered by Courier, Star Track or TNT.
When couriers deliver to a street address they will require a signature to verify the delivery. We understand that at times this can be difficult but it is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify that you have received your products.

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery.

The best address to use is where someone is available between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm weekdays. This can be a home address or if no one is available during these times we recommend you use a business address wherever possible. How about using your place of work. By signing for and accepting a delivery you are acknowledging that the product has arrived in good condition. If the packaging is damaged in any way, please inspect the contents prior to signing for it.

Limited access delivery: Please ensure there is access to the delivery location. Providing access to an apartments and other buildings & housing with security doors, keyed or buzz in access is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery driver must have clear access to the delivery location, this includes not having animals and pets running around in the front yard. Usually if delivery cannot be made, couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item.

If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so please make sure someone is available to sign.

What are the delivery timescales?

Standard delivery: after dispatched delivery will take 3 – 5 business days for metropolitan areas and 3 – 7 business days for regional areas.

Can I ‘send to a friend’? or to a work address.

Yes! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.

My puzzle is missing a piece – help!

So you’ve just received that puzzle you’ve ordered. You open the box and begin working away happily until you realize you’re missing a piece!! Don’t fret just yet!

it’s easy to misplace a puzzle piece, so make sure you look everywhere first.
Puzzle pieces often wander off attached to a piece of clothing or by a curious pet or child. Allow a few days of searching before declaring the piece MIA! Double and triple check the packaging — it’s very possible it could be hidden or stuck in there. Thoroughly search any rooms you used for opening, constructing, gluing, transporting or storing the jigsaw puzzle. Check under chairs, inside open garbage cans, under rugs, in your fridge… you never know! Lastly, make sure that all of the pieces you’ve placed so far belong where they are, this way you know for sure exactly what piece you’re missing.
Still nowhere to be found? Don’t worry, there are options still!

Don’t lose hope, there are still ways to finish that puzzle! Your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer.

Many popular jigsaw manufacturers have anticipated that you may need a replacement piece and have created programs to replace individual pieces or entire puzzles. There are a few things to keep in mind. It’s possible that the replacement pieces may not actually fit your puzzle. Manufacturers often replace or rotate cutting dies for quality control.

If you’ve determined you need replacement pieces simply follow these instructions!
1. Find the brand or manufacturer name for the puzzle.
2. Determine which piece you need. Generally speaking you can count like you would on a chess board; A57, for example would be the first column and the 57th row.
3. Please e-mail us for further information regarding replacement puzzles, we can assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To request a change of mind return please email sales@jigsaws4all.com.au with your invoice or order number.
Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Jigsaws4all Return Authorisation Number.
Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are correct. If you are not at all sure please contact us.
When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges toJigsaws4all. It is your responsibility to ensure that proof of delivery is returned to us. Goods that are shipped receiver to pay will be rejected by Jigsaws4all.
We’ll email you back with the address to send your return to.
We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be traced. We’re unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges. You’ll be refunded for the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact via the customer contact form to arrange cancellation of order and refund.

Cancelled orders after dispatch or orders that cannot be delivered will only be refunded once all goods arrive back to our warehouse.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If an item is received faulty then we’ll gladly replace or refund it provided you contact us within a reasonable time. Please use the customer contact form to send us the details of the fault and if possible include a photo. Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and return address.

Is my personal information kept private?

PRIVACY POLICY

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).
At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. Please note that we do not keep your credit card details online and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
